Project Description;
Parklands Toyota is a new-build single storey steel frame vehicle showroom located in Helston, Cornwall. Built for the highly-regarded Flora Motors Group, the building occupies a prominent location on the approach to Helston town centre and is the most westerly situated Toyota garage in mainland England.
Classic Builders was awarded the project contract based on competitive pricing and distinctive quality levels. The works included site clearance, groundworks, installation of a steel frame structure, an extensive glazing package, robust M&E system, internal fit-out and external cladding and signage package.
The finished building is thermally efficient, contemporary in design and welcoming in atmosphere. It includes a number of facilities such as administration offices, sales offices, a comfortable waiting area, service management area, showroom space for a multitude of vehicles and vast external hardstandings for sale vehicles and customer parking. Working closely with the appointed project team, Classic Builders favoured a collaborative approach to ensure the successful delivery of this project and the maximisation of finish qualities.
