Project Description;
This 16 weeks project was completed in February 2014 and valued at £390k.
Works to the new single storey classroom extension included fair faced brickwork, extensive internal refurbisment throughout, Mechanical and electrical, roofing, new car park/ramps and other external works.
The Contracts Manager, Site Manager and team worked to a complicated phasing programme, to ensure classrooms that were not being worked on were in use, ensuring the block could continue as normal, causing minimal disruption to school.
