The Rowans at Sackville Close is a collection of beautifully presented new-build properties.
The development of 28 dwellings was built using modern timber frame solutions and traditional masonry techniques. Consisting of a number of two, three and four bedroom properties, The Rowans has become home to many first time buyers and an array of expanding local families.
Aster Homes appointed Classic Builders based on its relevant experience, productivity, working approach and cost awareness. Classic Builders placed a firm emphasis on delivery of programme and quality of finish. Priority was made to create a sense of indulgence within each property’s kitchen and bathroom – enhancing the desirability of each property and, ultimately, market appeal.
Each dwelling benefits from allocated parking, highly-efficient UPVC double glazing, modern appliances and coloured external render.
