Classic Builders was appointed to build Tankersley; a remarkable new dwelling located within secluded private grounds in Tavistock.
Set over two floors, the detached house was constructed on the site of a former private tennis court. Boasting spacious reception rooms, a generous kitchen, modern living conveniences and landscaped grounds, Tankersley is a distinctive and contemporary family property.
Built using a timber frame super-structure, natural slate roof coverings, modern glazing package and indulgent internal finishes; Classic Builders’ is exceptionally proud to have built such a beautiful home. Matching rainwater goods and ridge tiles add an air of external elegant simplicity to the remarkable dwelling.
Internally the house boasts a comprehensive mechanical and electrical installation, bespoke timber staircase, oak joinery finishes, subtle skirting and architraves and highly-efficient insulation values.
