Classic Builders is proud to announce two of its recently completed projects have been shortlisted for three prestigious 2020 Michelmores Property Awards.
The 2020 Michelmores Property Award nominations represent significant recognition for the individual projects, their clients and their professional teams.
The two projects (Chi Winder and Chi Vesta for Coastline Housing Services and Seaton Beach for Seaton Beach Developments) are already widely respected by the South West Construction and Property sectors. Chi Winder and Chi Vesta (a two property scheme) secured the 2019 Devon and Cornwall Building Forum’s converted Building of The Year Award and is a finalist for the 2020 South West RICS Social Impact Awards. Seaton Beach (the first set of Passivhaus Plus Apartments in the United Kingdom) has received national recognition at the United Kingdom Property Awards by winning the Best Apartment in Devon Award and the Best Sustainable Residential Development in Devon.
Classic Builders’ Business Development Manager Lewis Tolputt had this to say –
“Being nominated for three MIchelmores Property Awards is an incredible endorsement for our work. Having the opportunity to collaborate with two amazing clients to deliver these exceptional projects has been privilege. The positive recognition these nominations represent reiterates the level of teamwork, collaboration and commitment we apply to each of our contracts. As a previous MIchelmores Property Awards Winner, we appreciate the level of scrutiny each of our projects would have been subject to. Rightly so, we thank the judging panel for considering us again for such important regional recognition.”
Seaton Beach is nominated for the Residential Project of The Year Award (35 units and under)
Chi Winder is nominated for the Project Of The Year Award (under £5 million) and the event’s top award; Building Of The Year.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the awards this year are to be streamed live to participants on the 12th November.
