The new LTC Group office is a modern and sophisticated commercial building in South West Devon.
Classic Builders was appointed to build a new state-of the-art office for well-known scaffolding and training provider LTC Group. Owing to Classic Builders’ reputation of delivering outstanding results, LTC recognised the added value the company brings to the sector and awarded the successful SME the sought-after contract.
Situated on the outskirts of Plymouth, the offices are home to one of the company’s most significant commercial centres. Built using a steel frame structure with a brick and cladded external skin; the building enjoys modern conveniences and provides its occupants with an engaging, healthy and productive workplace. Commercial powder coated glazing complements the external facade and provides minimal maintenance to the building’s owner.
