Project Description;
Complete refurbishment of this beautiful 5 bedroom Country farmhouse situated within the St Mellion estate. The works comprised of complete strip out and luxurious high specification it out of all three floors including new bespoke timber windows, full M & E installation with under floor heating throughout all finished beautifully with light oak hardwood cills, skirtings and doors.
There was a bespoke kitchen installed and engineered oak floors installed throughout the main living space. Within the lounge there was a central open fire which looked absolutely stunning. During the project we were then asked to incorporate extensive temporary works and excavation to the basement to accommodate a state of the art cinema, arcade games room and pool room. This was then linked to the main house.
The feature of the project was a magnificent cantilever floating staircase with glass balustrading winding up through the centre of the property.
